The billing owner manages the company subscription on MCT Nexus. Employees use their assigned seats in Orbit and do not purchase separate subscriptions. Each company uses one plan.
Renewals are paid through your company billing account. Cancelling a trial preserves access until its original end. If a trial or paid period expires without payment, the workspace becomes read-only and its data is retained.
