Industrial production equipment on a manufacturing floor

INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION • CUSTOM EQUIPMENT • CONTROL SYSTEMS

Machines. Controls. Software. Connected.

MCT Nexus helps manufacturers and machine builders design equipment, automate production, modernize controls and connect the people delivering the work.

Engineering systems that keep manufacturing moving.

Bring a production bottleneck, a new machine requirement or a controls problem. We connect machine design, control panels, PLC/HMI software and commissioning around the outcome your team needs. Our software development extends that connected approach to engineering information and business execution.

Define the machine

Start with parts, process requirements, utilities, interfaces, production rate and acceptance criteria. Establish who owns each mechanical, electrical, controls and installation responsibility.

Develop the equipment

Coordinate the machine architecture, electrical drawings, panel build and PLC/HMI software. Review interfaces before installation so a collection of devices becomes an organized production system.

Verify the sequence

Use planned I/O checks, functional tests and a factory acceptance test to compare the equipment with the agreed requirements. Record exceptions and establish a clear handover.

Support the lifecycle

Keep drawings, software backups and configuration records aligned with the machine. Plan troubleshooting, changes and modernization around production constraints.
